  Nis party bus. terms and conditions. RENTER MUST BE PRESENT WITH ID AND REST OF PAYMENT AT PICK UP. (NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!)Please keep in mind when you make a reservation with us. We must turn down other clients for that date and time you have chosen so be sure before you book. 1) 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at booking. Cancellations less than 7 days from the date of service will be charged the full remaining amount. Cancellations must be made by e-mail.  2) Remaining balance will be collected at the beginning of the rental (this way there is no misunderstanding of the rates for the time you have reserved). We will take a picture of your ID, Credit Card & make a carbon copy of the credit card. Renter gives Nis party bus the right to charge the credit card on file for all fee’s pertaining to the rental of the vehicle, damages, smoking, overages, downtime (daily rate $1000) caused by damages and extra cleanup fee’s (Vomit clean up fee’s start at $200 and up). 3) NO SILLY STRING, NO CONFETTI OR PAPER DECORATIONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLES (THE PAPER BLEEDS WHEN WET CAUSING STAINING IN THE SEATS AND FLOORING, REGULAR BALLOONS ARE OK AS LONG AS NOTHING IS INSIDE THEM). NO SMOKING OTHER THAN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES THAT DO NOT LEAVE A SMELL. VIOLATION OF THE NO SMOKING RULE WILL BE A $1,000 CHARGE AND RENTAL WILL CEASE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. 4) ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS, NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ALLOWED ON ANY OF OUR BUSES. IF DRIVER IS PUT ANY UNSAFE CIRCUMSTANCES, RENTAL WILL CEASE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH THAT, POLICE WILL BE CALLED IMMEDIATELY! 5) Florida law does not allow us to supply you with alcohol, no underage drinking allowed and renter takes full responsibility for their parties actions. We supply bottled water, ice, cups and napkins for our hourly rentals (feel free to bring your own liquor and mixers). 6) Nis party bus is not responsible for injuries sustained from the following-standing/moving around in the bus, not using seat belts. 7) $500 CHARGE & END OF RENTAL IF YOUR PARTY STANDS/DANCES ON THE SEATS (THIS DAMAGES THE SEATS)! 8) Nis party bus is not responsible for items left in the vehicles or monetary losses in connection with rentals. In the event of lateness due to traffic or delays we will extend your rental for the time lost. If Nis party bus or companies we market for cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund. 9) In some instances we do marketing for other companies' vehicles for commission on the rental. We are an independent company from these other companies. By agreeing to our terms you agree that Nis party bus Owners are not responsible and are not to be named in any form of court proceedings for these companies terms, actions, policies and alike. 10) If you damage the vehicle and the vehicle is unusable. You will be responsible for the damages and down time at $1,000.00 a day till vehicle is in working order again.11) Both parties agree to settle all disputes in Orange County Florida Clerk of Courts with the losing party paying all the winning party's attorney fees/court costs and a $400 inconvenience fee. Our company is here to make your celebrations special so let's stick to our agreement and let have a blast. Customer agrees that all court proceedings will be with Nis Party Bus. and that Nis party bus owners are not personally financially liable outside the corporation.
